This luxury retreat is perfect for families and friends seeking a memorable vacation. Enjoy a resort-style pool with waterfalls and a waterslide, a spacious hot tub, an illuminated cabana, a screened-in porch, a fully stocked outdoor kitchen, and various games like table tennis, shuffleboard, and a putting green.
The property features 4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms in the main house and a separate bunkhouse structure + bathroom – each structure can sleep up to 12 guests. The whole property can comfortably host up to 24 guests in total.
Please notify us at least a week in advance if you’d like the pool heated. Also please be aware there is a pool heating fee to cover the cost of the propane.
Some additional amenities include a gas fire pit, outdoor games and an indoor game room. Reclaimed and refinished furnishings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,Pool Heating Note: There is a $500 charge + $200 per day to heat the pool (October - April only). The pool is only heated to 76 degrees. If the average temp during your stay is below 55 degrees, then we are not able to heat the pool. You must let us know a week in advance if you wish to have the pool heated upon your arrival - Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am - Please do not stick any tape or adhesives to the ceilings or the walls
