Casa Del Pueblo is a beautifully reformed townhouse set within a 242 m² plot in the historic quarter of Pollensa’s old town, just 200 metres from the main square. Blending traditional Mallorcan character with modern comforts, it provides an inviting retreat for up to eight guests. The ground floor opens with a spacious air-conditioned dining area leading into a cosy lounge furnished with plush sofas and a large flat-screen smart TV. A few steps further, the kitchen offers a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer, along with a small dining area and direct access to the outdoor space.
Upstairs, four serene bedrooms await - two twins and two doubles - each with fitted wardrobes and climate control. Both double rooms offer en-suite facilities, and one features a private balcony overlooking Pollensa’s rooftops and extending towards the bay of Puerto Pollensa. Every room is designed for comfort, making this level a restful haven after days spent exploring the town’s narrow streets and lively squares.
Outside, the townhouse reveals a private oasis with a well-sized swimming pool featuring Roman steps, a spacious sun terrace with loungers and an outdoor shower. Casa Del Pueblo is located in the centre of Pollensa so conveniently located for all the local amenities of the town. Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Mallorca’s finest beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the famous church and discover traditional outlets selling a range of local food and arts. The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area but are warned that to get to the top, you must climb 365 steps; however, it is worth it once you are at the top.
Puerto Pollensa offers wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back, friendly atmosphere, make Puerto Pollensa a favourite destination for many. With hotels on the seafront that still retain an old-fashioned air, having been built long before the concrete boom of the 1960s developments. Today the town attracts mainly British and Madrileño families looking for something more than the hustle and bustle of the south coast resorts. With wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back, friendly atmosphere, makes Puerto Pollensa a favourite destination for many.
Cala Sant Vincente is a small resort town in north-eastern Majorca, Spain. It consists of three small beaches, plus a few bars and restaurants catering to tourists. Located at one end of the town is the hypogeum of Cala Sant Vicenç, perhaps the most spectacular hypogeum on Mallorca.
