Super apartment in an independent house, with a private and fenced garden of over 300 sqm. It benefits from two entrances: the first one convenient from the main road for car access, the second one pedestrian to reach the center of Barzio on foot, which is 350 meters away. The name derives from the three stone statues surrounding the (now closed) fountain that welcomes people along the path leading to the entrance door. The garden has easy access from the outside, and in the area facing the street, it can accommodate two or three cars. From the house, you can see the stop for the free shuttle to the Piani di Bobbio (about 200 meters away).

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
