The apartment is located on Bergamotki Street, in a convenient location near the Sluzewiecka Valley, part of the Mokotow district. The location of the facility provides comfortable accommodation within 5 km from Warsaw's Downtown. The neighborhood is rich in picturesque green areas, which guarantee rest and relaxation in the shade of trees, and at the same time it is perfectly connected with the center. One of Warsaw's main arteries, Sikorskiego Avenue, runs next to the apartment, providing quick and hassle-free access to the city center. Getting to one of the biggest attractions - the Royal Baths - takes only 12 minutes by car! In addition, the apartment is located in close proximity to the Wilanów district, with another must-see on the map of the Capital - the Wilanów Palace and the beautiful royal gardens. The location is an excellent starting point for a family trip to Warsaw. The retail and service infrastructure will fully cater to all the daily needs of guests. The popular Westfield Mokotow shopping center, overflowing with stores of well-known as well as exclusive brands, is 3.5 km from the apartment. Numerous streetcar and bus stops will provide seamless communication with other districts of the city. It takes only 12 minutes to get to the Chopin Airport by car, and about 20 minutes to get to the Central Railway Station.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
