Villa Ottomano is a beautifully constructed villa located near the city of Intra Verbania, offering the perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and wellness. Recently built with exposed stone walls and high-quality materials, the villa is designed to provide a serene retreat with modern amenities. The property spans 250 m² and accommodates up to 8 guests across its three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The ground floor features a spacious living room and a modern kitchen with a dining area. Sliding doors from the living room lead to the first bedroom, which includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The villa is easily accessible, with an interior elevator or external stairs connecting the ground floor to the upper and lower levels.
The first floor has a central sitting room with a balcony, two additional bedrooms (each with a double bed and a single sofa bed), and a shared bathroom with a shower. The lower wellness floor offers a range of luxury features, including a sauna, Jacuzzi, massage room, and fitness equipment such as a bike and treadmill.
