Villa Concerto is a beautifully restored villa nestled in the charming lakeside village of Carate Urio on Lake Como, offering a perfect blend of modern luxury and cosy elegance. With a capacity of up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, this spacious property (350 m²) boasts a thoughtful layout designed for both comfort and style. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen and a unique wine cellar carved into the mountain, ideal for wine enthusiasts. A large dining table for 16 guests and a laundry room are also on this level. The first floor is home to a living room with lake views, 4four bedrooms, and bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are split-level mezzanine rooms, each with a lounge area and a loft with a double bed, adding a touch of architectural charm. The second floor also includes a studio with a sofa bed and an additional double bedroom. Outside, a public walking path leads to a private garden with a heated pool, sun loungers, a dining table, and a barbecue, offering breathtaking views of Lake Como. Situated just 100 meters from the lake shore and 13 km from Como, Villa Concerto is ideally located for exploring the picturesque villages of Bellagio, Varenna, and the surrounding area. Local boutiques and trattorias are nearby, and ferries provide easy access to all that Lake Como has to offer.
