This stunning home is nestled in a welcoming North Scottsdale neighborhood, conveniently situated near renowned Scottsdale attractions like TPC Scottsdale, Kierland Commons, Westworld of Scottsdale, and the Quarter. You can indulge in a variety of dining options, shopping, and more at these locations. If you prefer a cozy evening indoors, the property is well-equipped with numerous amenities, offering everything from a private pool to a game room for your enjoyment.
This two-story home offers a spacious 3,400 square feet, five bedrooms, and three bathrooms to sleep up to 14 guests.
Upon entering the home through the front door, you will immediately find yourself in the front game room. Just around the corner, you’ll discover the main great room, a spacious, open-concept area that encompasses the living room, kitchen, and dining spaces.
Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishings including leather sofa seating and a Smart TV.
Kitchen: The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a glass-top electric range, and a spacious island bar with seating for two. This space is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare delicious meals!
Dining Room: This area offers a table and seating for six.
Pool / Game Room: Discover the ultimate hangout spot in this amazing space! Challenge your friends to a game of pool while watching your favorite sports events on two Smart TVs. Dive into some competitive play on the two arcade machines, or enjoy a friendly card game at the high-top game table, ensuring fun for all ages.
Upper-Level Loft: This room features a full-size sectional sofa sleeper and a Smart TV, providing an extra hangout space or accommodating additional sleeping space.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom (upper level) — King-size bed, full size sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and the ensuite bathroom offers two vanity areas, a large walk-in tile shower, and a separate soaking tub.

Office (main level) — Located off the living room, you will find the private office space. This area offers a full-size sleeper sofa and a Smart TV.

Outdoor patio spaces:
The outdoor spaces are truly a highlight. Take a refreshing dip or swim a few laps in the private pool (heated for a fee). Savor your grilled favorites on the BBQ and dine alfresco at the outdoor dining table. With ample seating and lounge chairs, you can relax and immerse yourself in a good book by the poolside.
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $75 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
