This single-level property offers a 2238 sq/ ft. of living space. There are three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably.
You will enter through the large French wood front doors and into the expansive great room, holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: The spacious room boasts plush furnishings, a warm gas fireplace, a Smart TV, and an entire wall of windows that showcase the sweeping views.
Kitchen: The kitchen is completely outfitted with stainless steel appliances, including a 5-burner electric stovetop. It’s stocked with all the utensils necessary for preparing your favorite homemade meals. This space flows seamlessly into a breakfast nook, which features seating for four, making it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning meal.
Dining Area: The dining area offers seating for six with access to the patio, giving you the option of taking your meal outdoors.
Game Area: The garage has been transformed into a gaming area ideal for all ages! Join in some friendly competition on the ping pong table or the billiards table!
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom – King bed, a 55” Smart TV, sofa seating, walk in closet with desk area and patio access. The en suite provides two separate vanities, a soaking jetted tub and walk in shower.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, 50” Smart TV and access to a full shared bath with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3 – Queen bed, twin over twin bunk bed, a Smart TV, and access to the full shared bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:
The property boasts a covered patio equipped with a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining area featuring a fire table. After a day of exploring, unwind in the private hot tub or make your way to the upper patio, which offers comfortable seating and scenic views.
