This lovely townhome is situated in the gated community of Canyon Mesa Golf Country Club in the Sedona area. The Village of Oak Creek is home to some of Sedona’s most recognizable red rock mountains, as well as being close to plenty of attractions and activities!
This townhome features 1,068 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, to sleep up to four guests in comfort.
You will enter the home through the front door and will then step into the open floor plan great room holding the living room, dining area and kitchen.
Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishings, a TV with streaming and convenient access to the patio.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen space offers all the appliances and utensils so you can easily create delicious meals and snacks.
Dining Area: The dining area offers seating for eight.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Master Bedroom — Queen size bed and a private en suite bathroom offers a spacious vanity area and a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2 — Two twin beds (Bed can be converted into a King bed by request and with a fee) and patio access.
Full shared bathroom 2 offers a tub/shower combo.
Community Amenities:
You’ll be able to enjoy community amenities that include clubhouse, two tennis courts, four pickle ball courts, swimming pool and hot tub (seasonal). Please note the tennis and pickleball course do have a small fee with limited hours for use. Guests can play the nine-hole golf course for an additional fee. Pool is typically open mid-late April through early-mid November and the hot tub is open year-round.
