A fantastic location with a beautiful view over the harbor and the Grevelingenmeer makes the apartment a perfect base for (water) sports enthusiasts. On the other side of the harbor is the Brouwersdam with its wide North Sea beach where sun lovers can enjoy themselves.
The luxurious apartment on the 1st floor has a stylish and cozy living room and a fully equipped open kitchen. There are also two comfortable bedrooms in the house with a bathroom that can be reached from both bedrooms. There is also a 2nd separate toilet. The house has access to a lovely private terrace over the full width of the apartment. Here you can enjoy a panoramic view of the marina and the Grevelingenmeer all day long. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
