Enter the home from a level driveway and covered entry into the main level consisting of an impressive open great room, gourmet kitchen, and dining area. The great room boasts a wall of windows, cozy wood burning stove (there’s also forced air gas heat), and soaring ceilings. The fully stocked kitchen stuns with stainless steel appliances, a large island with breakfast bar, and granite counters. Also on this main level is a bedroom and full bathroom. Upstairs, you will find the second bedroom along with a half bathroom. Make your way downstairs to find the remaining two bedrooms, spacious rec room with air hockey, laundry room, and second full bathroom. In addition to the rec room, there’s also a man cave, accessed through a breezeway from the lower level. Upper and lower decks provide space for al fresco dining and relaxing in the mountain air. Enjoy exclusive access to Snowshoe Springs Lake, a private retreat for neighborhood residents and guests. Plus, you’re just a short drive from Big Trees State Park, Lake Alpine, Bear Valley Ski Resort, and charming downtown Murphys - the scenic Highway 4 Corridor offers endless adventures for all! Wilson’s Roost sleeps 15 guests in 4 bedrooms plus pull-out sofas in the living room and man cave. Bedroom 1 is located on the main level with a Queen bed. Bedroom 2 is located upstairs with 2 Queen beds. Bedroom 3 is located downstairs with a King bed, and Bedroom 4 is also downstairs with 2 Full beds and 1 Twin bed. There is a Queen pull-out sofa in the living room and another Queen pull-out sofa in the man cave. There is a full bathroom on the main level and a full bathroom downstairs. There is a half bathroom upstairs off of Bedroom 2. Laundry is on the lower level. Amenities: WiFi, 3 TVs (Great Room, Rec Room, Man Cave), Cable, Air Hockey, Games, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Wood Burning Stove, Forced Air Heat, Gas BBQ, Washer and Dryer. Linens and Towels Provided.
