Please note our policy for items left behind: We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We’d much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store.
