Bedroom one: Queen, Murphy bed This one-bedroom/one-bath condo in Elkhorn Village is located on the third floor and will sleep up to 4 guests. The living room has high ceilings for good light. There is a gas fireplace, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. There is a Murphy bed in the living room as well for extra sleeping. The kitchen is fully stocked with a smaller 4-burner stove/oven, fridge microwave, and dishwasher. There is a small table for 2. The bathroom has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo. The bedroom is in the loft area that is open to the living room and has a Queen-sized bed and 36-inch TV. There is a door and blinds to close for privacy. Sun Valley’s Elkhorn neighborhood is ideal for golfers, pickleball players, or anyone looking for a quiet retreat. While it is close to everything Sun Valley offers, it is set aside from the hustle and bustle of the resort. A reservation in this condo also includes access to the Harker Center and Elkhorn Village Amenities including Pickleball and Tennis. Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through mid-September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting). Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
