The Artist Getaway is a beautiful home just outside of downtown Westminster focused on bringing together groups who stay there through a quality space, good conversation, and all Westminster has to offer. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is more than enough room for everyone, brand new appliances, and every room was designed to make your stay as fun as it is comfortable. Fun, privacy, comfort, and space are what you will find here. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ This home has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. There are a total of 2 King beds, and 9 queen size beds. Bedroom 1 - Indulge in the spacious luxury of the upstairs master bedroom, featuring a King bed. The modern design blends comfort and style seamlessly, offering a serene retreat that invites relaxation. Bedroom 2 - This bedroom offers a queen-sized bed that gives peace and a cool ambiance with its modern and stylish design. Bedroom 3 - This modern bedroom boasts a Queen bed located upstairs, creating a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Sleek furnishings and elegant decor make it a cozy yet stylish haven. Bedroom 4 - With a King bed on the main floor with contemporary design elements, this bedroom exudes chic elegance. Natural light and modern decor create a welcoming oasis for guests or family. There are three walk-in showers and two shower tub combos. This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport. This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. In this manual, you will find all the necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.
