PET POLICY This unit is pet-friendly. If you plan to bring a pet, please inform us in advance with details of type and size so we can ensure suitability. An additional AED 300 cleaning fee applies to cover deep cleaning and preparation for the next guest. Please note that sharing your arrival time is required and this must be submitted through the check-in form sent once your booking is confirmed. In-person check-in at the tower is required by building management, and our team will be there to assist and welcome you. Kindly be informed that arrivals between 10:00 PM and 5 AM are subject to an additional fee of 150 AED. Your passport will only serve the following purposes: 1- notify the building security to allow you in 2- register your stay with tourism authorities The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings. Property Manager does not hold ownership interest in the property. The property is either managed on behalf of the Owner, in which case Property Manager acts strictly as the disclosed agent for bookings and operations on behalf of the Owner, or leased by Property Manager under a separate lease agreement from the Owner to provide our guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay.
