Kindly inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet, specifying the type and size, so we can ensure the unit is suitable for both you and your companion. Please note that if you choose to bring your pet, an additional AED 300 cleaning fee applies to ensure the home is thoroughly deep cleaned and perfectly prepared for our next guest. Please note that sharing your arrival time is required and this must be submitted through the check-in form sent once your booking is confirmed. In-person check-in at the tower is required by building management, and our team will be there to assist and welcome you. Kindly note that arrivals after 12:00 AM (midnight) will incur an additional charge of 200 AED. Your passport will only serve the following purposes: 1- notify the building security to allow you in 2- register your stay with tourism authorities The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. The property is either managed on behalf of the Owner, in which case Property Manager acts strictly as the disclosed agent for bookings and operations on behalf of the Owner, or leased by Property Manager under a separate lease agreement from the Owner to provide our guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay.
