Modern Sanctuary is professionally managed by Property Manager, a local team with years of experience and passion for providing the ultimate guest experience. Home Truths: - Sleeps in beds: 6 - Max Occupancy: 6 - Property Manager provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests to provide the extra linens - Cleaning fee: Property Manager openly shares our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach concerning our guests. Our cleaning fees, backed by our Clean Guarantee, reflect the highest standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a cleanness that surpasses any other vacation home; we guarantee it! Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. Payment - Cancellation - Insurance - Military Discount: Please inquire about our payment and cancellation policies, our military discount, and information about vacation rental insurance. Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest’s name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation. Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject to review before acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ days.
