Where You’ll Sleep: Primary Suite (Upper Level): A comfy king Sleep Number bed, perfect for a good night’s sleep. Loft (Upper Level): A sleeper sofa, offering a cozy additional sleeping option. Bedroom #2 (Lower Level): Another king bed for ultimate comfort. Bedroom #3 (Lower Level): A twin-over-full bunk for flexible sleeping arrangements. Family Room (Lower Level): A sleeper sofa for extra guests, ensuring everyone has a place to rest. A Little Heads-Up: The cabin is tucked away on a peaceful gravel road, about 1.5 miles from the main road. You won’t need 4-wheel drive most of the time, but it might be useful if you visit in winter! Home Truths: - Sleeps in beds: 7 - Max Occupancy: 11 - Property Manager provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests to provide the extra linens - Internet Speed: TBD Our Clean Guarantee reflects the highest standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a cleanness that surpasses any other vacation home; we guarantee it! Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation. Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125, and there can be a maximum of 2 dogs per booking party. Payment - Cancellation - Insurance - Military Discount: Please inquire with Property Manager about our payment and cancellation policies, military discount, and information about vacation rental insurance. Note: If applicable, reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ days. Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest’s name.
