Guest Notes: • $75 Golden Sands registration fee required at check-in (includes 1 parking space; additional $20/day if available) • Maximum occupancy: 6 guests • Minimum booking age: 25 • No smoking/vaping; no pets (service animals welcome with required documentation) • Checkout: bag all trash and place in the trash chute on your floor; load and run dishwasher Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit. When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee. Cancellation Policy: • Full refund within 48 hrs of booking • 50% refund 14+ days before check-in • 50% refund 7–14 days before check-in • Cleaning fee only refunded if canceled
