Really close to the Opéra Garnier, you will enjoy the comfort and the super central location of this apartment, for leisure as well as for a professional stay. Located a few meters from the Gare Saint Lazare, that newly apartment is perfect to enjoy Paris, and can accommodate until 4 people!!
The decoration as well as the comfort are honor points in this apartment.
The living room has a sofa bed and the small kitchen is fully-equipped. You can enjoy a huge shared terrace; perfect to share a glass of wine, but also ideal for smokers.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests will have access to the whole studio, which is equipped with its own high speed wi-fi internet connection, television and phone which has free calls to landlines all over the world (full details available on request).

2mn from the Gare Saint Lazare, you can enjoy a super-central place. Few meters away, you will find the Galeries Lafayette as well as Le Printemps and of course the Opéra Garnier ! Within 20mn by walk you can find the Louvre Museum, the Tuileries Garden as well as the Place Vendôme.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,Please take care of my apartment as if it were your own.
- Pets are not allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited.
- Respect the neighbors and avoid noise in the common areas (corridors, landings, hall, courtyard, stairs). For this reason, I do not allow parties. On the other hand, if you wish to organize an event (Show room, presentation, filming, etc...) please contact me.
- Do not throw anything out the windows (papers, rubbish, cigarette butts) and do not disturb the building manager if you have a problem. Send me an email, or call me directly. I remain available during your stay for any problem or information.
- When you leave, I simply ask you to leave the kitchen clean and to take your garbage cans to the premises available. Leave the apartment as you found it (furniture and objects in their place, etc.). Don't worry about sheets and towels, I will take care of them directly when you leave.
- If the keys are lost, stolen or forgotten, you will have to bear the costs relating to their replacement, changing the lock, and the displacement of a locksmith. Above all, let us know because the prices of these people go from simple to double! We will then give you the phone number of a serious approved professional or better, look in the welcome booklet that I have made, you will find the number you need!
- In accordance with the HADOPI law of December 31, 2009, we remind you that the pirating of paid artistic works is prohibited and punishable by law.
- You will also find a lot of information in the apartment's welcome booklet, and also the destinations you can call for free with the house phone.
- Please do not subscribe to paid TV channels, as you would have to pay for the subscription until the month of unsubscription (usually subscriptions have a 1 year commitment period!).
- These rules are essential for the good maintenance of my apartment, the respect of the neighborhood and the maintenance of your reservation, so thank you for respecting them so that your stay goes smoothly!
- Check-ins on Sundays and on bank holidays have a supplementary charge of 50€.
