Apartment with breathtaking views on the Comédie Française.
It can accommodate up to 6 people, has two bedrooms with double beds (160x200cm), with the possibility to separate the beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
2 shower rooms, 1 bathtub and 2 toilets. The kitchen also is fully equipped.
It is on the 6th floor (elevator to the 5th floor).
You will enjoy cooking good food in a fully equipped kitchen: oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine.
Spacious and bright, it is perfect for a family of 2 children.
I offer you a weekly cleaning with change of sheets, towels and tea towel.

It is located a few steps from the Comédie Française. At three minutes walk, you are in Louvre Museum, Royal Palace, Tuileries Garden. A little further, you have Opera, Place Vendome etc.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules

- Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited.
- Please respect the neighbors and avoid making noise in the common areas (hallways, landings, lobby, courtyard, stairs), especially parties which I do not allow for this reason. However, if you wish to organize an event (showroom, presentation, filming, etc.), please contact me.
- If you are staying with children, please remember that using the elevator can be very dangerous for young children. To prevent accidents, never allow a child to take the elevator alone and inform them that jumping inside is prohibited. Furthermore, once inside the cabin, make sure they stay away from the door and the operating buttons to avoid any mishandling.
- Do not throw anything out of the windows (papers, trash, cigarette butts) and do not disturb the caretaker if you have a problem. Send me an email or call me directly, I am available during your stay for any issues or information.
- When you leave, I simply ask that you leave the kitchen clean and take your garbage to the designated areas. Leave the apartment as you found it (furniture and objects in their place, etc.). Do not worry about the sheets and towels, I will take care of them directly upon your departure. If the keys are lost, stolen, or forgotten, you will be responsible for the costs of their replacement, changing the lock, and the locksmith's services. Please inform me as the prices of these professionals can vary greatly! I will provide you with the contact information of a reliable licensed professional, or better yet, check the welcome booklet I have prepared, you will find the right number there!
- In accordance with the HADOPI law of December 31, 2009, we remind you that the unauthorized downloading of copyrighted material is prohibited and punishable by law.
- You will also find a lot of information in the apartment's welcome booklet, including the destinations you can call for free using the house phone. Please do not subscribe to paid TV channels, as you would have to pay the subscription until the month of cancellation (usually, subscriptions have a minimum commitment period of 1 year!)
- These rules are essential for the proper maintenance of my apartment, respect for the neighborhood, and the continuation of your reservation, so please adhere to them to ensure an ideal stay!
