The hot tub is maintained twice a week. They will not go in the home but will be on the property for about 15-20 minutes between the hours of 7 am and 10 am to keep up with the hot tub cleanliness. This schedule may change due to holidays or as needed by the company.
Trash Can Monkey service is provided twice a week. Large trash cans are kept outside, behind a small gate as required by the community. The can monkey service will briefly enter the gate and place the trash cans on the curb on the required day and return then the following day. Please be aware that they will enter the edge of the property momentarily to ensure timely and consistent trash pickup.
