Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- As an Airbnb guest, you are welcome to use the hot tub and sauna at the property. However, please be aware that the use of these amenities is at your own risk. The property owner and Airbnb do not assume any responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of using the hot tub or sauna.
- By using the hot tub and sauna, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You are fully responsible for your own safety and well-being while using the hot tub and sauna.
- By using the hot tub and sauna, you agree to release the property owner and Airbnb from any and all claims, liability, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of these amenities.
- By using the hot tub and sauna, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
