Amenity use passes to the community may be purchased for $8 (non-holiday) $10 (weekend or holiday) per pass per day per person, or $30 (non-holiday) $50 (holiday week) per week per person. **Exterior security cameras on property facing front yard and side** Pet fee of $50 per pet per stay *Please be advised that we require our non-OTA guests to provide a clear copy of Government ID before arrival* *Reservations made outside of OTA need to be paid in full at least 5 days prior to the check-in date.
