and comfort in mind, features a single bed—perfect for a peaceful
night’s sleep. BATHROOM The bathroom is finished with striking
turquoise fish-scale tiles that add a touch of character and color. It
features a full bathtub for relaxing soaks, a sleek washbasin, and also
houses the apartment’s washing machine for extra convenience. There is
also a separate toilet. OUTDOOR SPACE One of the apartment’s rare gems
is its private terrace, an intimate outdoor haven where you can enjoy a
morning coffee or take a break on the lounge chair. A true extension of

located on ground floor. Please be aware the home’s security system
incorporates a camera which will only capture footage in the event of
the alarm being activated. In order to have the toddler bed ready,

minimum age requirement is 25 years old. Although we always endeavour
