Our townhome in nestled into the natural red rock landscape with a large, shady patio and private hot tub. Get your insta-worthy videos and photos while taking in the natural beauty of the setting :)
Our Location Rocks! The central location provides ideal access to all of the area attractions - Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, mountain biking and hiking trails, OHV trails and one-of-a-kind scenery. The Steelbender OHV trail is just down the street as well as petroglyphs and hiking trails. You’ll be located just steps away from the Moab golf course, open year round.
Our place features a large, recently remodeled, fully-stocked kitchen with new appliances and a double oven. There’s a large dining room table and cozy living space that’s perfect for gathering! Guests will love the southwest style, art work from a local artist, and comfortable furnishings featured throughout the townhome. The layout and bed configuration is perfect for multiple families or couples (sleeps up to 10 guests and no bunk beds)! The master bedroom downstairs has a king bed and attached bathroom and large walk in closet. Upstairs, the 2nd king bedroom has a sleeper sofa with brand new queen memory foam mattress and an additional full size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and comfortable sofa and both bedrooms share the full bathroom upstairs. One of the home’s highlights is the large 2nd level patio with amazing views of the Moab Rim and surrounding red rock landscape.
The main level patio is also a wonderful place to unwind after a day of activities. Start your morning with a delicious cup of coffee (provided from a local roaster) or enjoy a cold beverage in the evening while sharing stories of the day’s adventures. There’s plenty of seating and our private hot tub is a perfect place to relax after a long day.
Guests have access to a garage (for safely storing gear and bikes) and the driveway for parking during their stay. The garage has an EV charger so you can easily charge up during your stay. There is plenty of extra parking along the curb near the townhome for trailers, extra vehicles and UTV/ATV’s. Please note that trailers, UTV’s, ATV’s, etc are NOT allowed anywhere on the property at any time per the HOA. This includes during loading/unloading. But don’t worry, you can safely park these right along the curb :)

**Please note this is a two-story unit and stairs must be used to access some of the bedrooms.
PETS: If you are traveling with a furry companion, there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only 1 dog is permitted per HOA rules and the breed must be disclosed before you check in. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet and take care to follow the pet rules so we can continue to host pets :)
