This property uses tank water and bore water. Please take care not to waste water.
There is a septic waste system at Balmaghie. Please take care not to wash any harsh chemicals down the drains and only flush toilet paper.
The property has an attached garage. Guests do not have access to the garage. As the garage is attached to the house it is required to have heat sensors and smoke alarms wired to the house smoke alarm system. Regardless of garage access, for your own safety, you must act and report if alarms are activated.
Pets are welcome at this property. There is a AUD 100 surcharge to have your pet stay. This surcharge may vary depending on the length of the stay. Please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.
The property is fully fenced – farm fencing.
Starlink WiFi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with Asap but cannot be guaranteed.
Enough wood will be supplied for the slow combustion wood heaters for the first two burns. After that, guests can purchase top-up wood and kindling from local petrol stations, hardware stores and some supermarkets at their own cost.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
