We designed this space to be your hidden oasis in the middle of Phoenix that is perfect for your family or bachelorette party to enjoy. The highlight is the serene pool area with shaded lounge chairs, and misters for when it’s hot but also a brand new pool heater for the winter months. We also have a firepit to sit around on chilly nights and lawn games and a BBQ for everyone to enjoy!

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- To ensure a smooth transition between guests and allow our cleaning team enough time to prepare the space, please adhere to the following check-in and check-out guidelines:
- ⏳ Check-In:
- ✔ Check-in time: 4:00 PM
- ✔ Early check-in requests must be approved in advance and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
- ⏳ Check-Out:
- ✔ Check-out time: 10:00 AM
- ✔ Late check-out requests must be approved in advance and are subject to availability. Additional fee of $150 after 30 minutes of the checkout time
- 🔇 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. This includes:
- ✔ Lowering voices, music, and TV volume inside the home.
- ✔ Avoiding loud conversations or gatherings on patios, balconies, or outdoor areas.
- ✔ Ensuring pets do not bark excessively, especially during quiet hours.
- ✔ If returning late, please be mindful when entering the property or using common areas.
- 🐾 Pet Policy & House Rules
- General Rules:
- ✔ Pet Approval Required – Please inform us about your pet(s) before booking. Unapproved pets may result in a penalty or cancellation of the reservation.
- ✔ Pet Fee – A $60 fee per pet applies to help cover additional cleaning.
- ***If the pet fee was not added during your reservation, please inform us so we can update it accordingly.
- Inside the House:
- ✔ No Pets on Furniture & Beds – Please keep pets off beds, couches, and other furniture.
- ✔ Supervised Pets Only – Pets should not be left unattended inside the home unless crated.
- ✔ Clean Up After Your Pet – Any pet accidents must be cleaned up immediately.
- Outdoor & Common Areas:
- ✔ Leash Policy – Pets must be on a leash in shared or outdoor spaces.
- ✔ Waste Disposal – Owners are responsible for picking up after their pets and properly disposing of waste.
