The Villa has 4 bedrooms with an en suite air conditioned bathrooms. The open kitchen is equipped with all necessary modern appliances like Espresso machine, toaster, cooker, etc in the open kitchen to enjoy the meal. One can relax in the recreation room which has TV, DVD player and computer games. On a bright sunny day the old barrel shaped bubble bath and the swimming pool can be enjoyed when one wishes to stay indoors. Sitting in the beautiful garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue will provide a peaceful stay. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
