The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and audio when motion is detected - Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary in the winter months to access the property - The electric fireplaces are only available during the winter season - This 3-story home requires 5 steps to enter; the 1st floor includes a bedroom and full bathroom - The pier will be upgraded in March 2026 to create a larger, improved space for guests to enjoy.
