Our downstairs 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home sits directly on the soft white sands of Newport Beach, CA. Quiet and private, the area is one of the best coastal destinations to soak up the sun, or enjoy the exceptional surf! The coastline of Newport Beach offers: the friendliest shoreline for little ones; sunbathing or serious games of beach volleyball; close access to restaurants, shops and excursions. There is something for everyone to enjoy a fabulous vacation! Here’s what you’ll find:

LOCATION:
Keep an eye out for frolicking dolphins, migrating whales, and other sea life for a spectacular experience you’ll never forget! Likewise, there is plenty of interesting people-watching from our strategic viewpoint, too!
Most desired destinations are within easy walking or biking distance, so you can park the car for the duration of your stay! The Newport Pier area, including the historic Dory Fisherman’s Fleet, Seaside Donuts, Charlie’s Chili and much, much more, is a lovely 30-minute stroll along the boardwalk. A couple of miles beyond that is the Balboa Pier, with even more possibilities, including the historic Pavilion, Catalina Island Flyer, Balboa Island Auto Ferry, The Fun Zone, and a trip to Ruby’s Diner at the end of the pier for great burgers and shakes. You won’t go hungry in Newport Beach!
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds and much more! Contact us for more information.

- This neighborhood is primarily residential, and extremely peaceful/quiet. Guests must adhere to the strict Newport Beach Municipal Codes regarding noise, maximum occupancy, parking, etc. Guests who disturb the neighboring residence will be subject to immediate eviction without refund.
- The front patio of this lower unit is considered an easement, where guests/residents in the upper unit may use to access the beach, at any time.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
