While we respect your privacy, our team is available to answer any questions or address any needs that may arise during your visit. We will not be present at the property during your stay unless assistance is requested. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries. Laundry: A washer and dryer are located in the residence. Please note that guests must provide their own laundry supplies. Parking: Two tandem spaces in the carport and the single subterranean garage. General street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available. Keep all vehicles and valuables locked at all times. CAUTION: EXTREMELY LOW OVERHEAD CLEARANCE. Large vehicles vans and SUVs will not fit. Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Property Manager at very reasonable rates. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances. City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
