It is also a great place to take in the activity along the boardwalk during the day. Outdoor features include a small electric BBQ grill and seating for up to 6. KITCHEN & AMENITIES: The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, along with large and small appliances for easy meal preparation. Major appliances include a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests must supply their own food, drinks, including coffee, as well as spices, condiments, and paper goods such as napkins and plastic wrap. YOUR STAY ALSO INCLUDES: - Wi-Fi - A/C and heating; tower fans - Hair dryer; iron/ironing board - 4 low-profile beach chairs GUEST ACCESS: Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire second floor residence. This includes all interior spaces and the private front balcony. The other residences located on the property, including a 3BR/1.5BA and 2BR/1BA are not included in this listing, but can be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate larger family or business groups. SUPPORT THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY: We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful and seamless stay. While we respect your privacy, our team is available to answer any questions or address any needs that may arise during your visit. We will not be present at the property during your stay unless assistance is requested. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries. Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, two twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office. Laundry: A shared washer and dryer is located on-site in the carport. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies. Parking: Two back-to-front carport parking spaces are provided and can accommodate most vehicles. One space has 76" clearance, and the other has no height restriction. General neighborhood street parking is also available, including metered, unmetered, and pay-station options. Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Property Manager at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack’ N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances. City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
