The home also includes private balcony access from multiple bedrooms, including a dedicated oceanfront balcony off the primary bedroom. KITCHEN & AMENITIES: The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware and includes all major and small appliances. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries. Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, one queen bed is provided in the loft. Twin rollaway beds can be rented by making advance arrangements with our office. Laundry: On-site laundry facilities are located on the second level. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies. Parking: Two garage spaces are provided and accommodate most vehicle sizes. Guests may also use neighborhood street parking, both metered and unmetered. Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Property Manager at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack’ N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and or recording devices in outdoor spaces and or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances. City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
