The space Welcome to ’Swimming Bear!’ As you enter, you’ll be welcomed by an open-concept, airy layout that flows seamlessly from room to room! The home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 ½ baths, with the convenience of the master bedroom on the first floor. This bedroom features a King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large glass shower, and a walk-in closet. Also on the first floor is the living room with a sleeper sofa, dining room, chef’s kitchen boasting top-of-the-line appliances, and a half bathroom for added convenience. Throughout the home, high-end touches like luxury vinyl plank flooring, custom tile accents, and sleek quartz countertops add to the charm. Heading upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, the laundry room, plus an additional living room! Two of these three bedrooms have King beds, one with an en-suite bathroom + private balcony, and the other with a dedicated hallway bathroom. The last bedroom features a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities. Right outside the back door, you’ll find a lovely patio with an outdoor dining table, as well as the BBQ grill for making delicious meals! Located in Treetop Village, you’ll have exclusive access to a private community pool just steps from your door! The gated community offers added security and peace of mind, and with a prime location just off Highway 98, you’ll have easy access to Seacrest Beach and other coastal gems along 30A! Also, from March to October, enjoy complimentary shuttle service that takes you to and from the beach! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 12 Guests): FIRST FLOOR -Living Room with Sleeper Sofa (2) -Dining Room -Kitchen -Half Bathroom -Bedroom 1: Master with King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, large glass shower, + walk-in closet (2) SECOND FLOOR -Living Room 2 -Laundry Room -Bedroom 2: King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual faucets + glass shower, private balcony access (2) -Bedroom 3: King bed, hallway bathroom with glass shower (2) -Bedroom 4: Queen, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities + shower/tub combination (2) There is also a pack n’ play and air mattress available for guests’ use! (2) Guest access There is parking for 3 cars available in the driveway! Guests can enjoy complimentary shuttle service to and from the beach! (March-October) Other things to note -Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, + dishwasher pods for your stay. -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day’s rental fees. -Smoking is strictly prohibited. -All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. -Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
