The home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 ½ baths, with the convenience of the master bedroom on the first floor. This bedroom features a King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large glass shower, and a walk-in closet. Also on the first floor is the living room with a sleeper sofa, dining room, chef’s kitchen boasting top-of-the-line appliances, and a half bathroom for added convenience. Throughout the home, high-end touches like luxury vinyl plank flooring, custom tile accents, and sleek quartz countertops add to the charm. Heading upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, the laundry room, plus an additional living room! Two of these three bedrooms have King beds, one with an en-suite bathroom + private balcony, and the other with a dedicated hallway bathroom. The last bedroom features a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities. Right outside the back door, you’ll find a lovely patio with an outdoor dining table, as well as the BBQ grill for making delicious meals! Located in Treetop, you’ll have exclusive access to a private community pool just steps from your door! The gated community offers added security and peace of mind, and with a prime location just off Highway 98, you’ll have easy access to Seacrest Beach and other coastal gems along 30A!
