The Property Manager agency invites you to discover a new cocoon, located in the heart of Lyon’s peninsula, just opposite the Hôtel de Ville in the 1st arrondissement.
Atoll est, located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a listed building dating from the 1850s, is a splendid 59-square-meter apartment with a mezzanine floor, carefully decorated and a haven of peace in the heart of Lyon. This apartment can accommodate up to two travelers.
Please note that this apartment is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).
The apartment is composed as follows:
- A magnificent lounge, living room and kitchen, with high ceilings.
- A fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, bar area with two stools, all the utensils you need to prepare your own meals.
- 3 large windows to illuminate this apartment, a living room with an ultra-comfortable sofa, TV, wifi, a dining table with 4 chairs.
- A bathroom accessible via a sliding door, with a large washbasin and walk-in shower, a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
- A separate toilet is accessible from the bathroom, which also closes with a sliding door.
Stairs lead up to the mezzanine area:
- An office area with a printer at your disposal, for your teleworking days, a cosy corner with a sofa.
- The bedroom, which can be closed with blackout curtains. With a 160*200 bed, and a chest of drawers for storing your clothes.
This is a divinely well-decorated apartment, with French-style ceilings, exposed stonework, in shades of white, beige and pastel green, a warm and relaxing place .

Located in Lyon’s 1st arrondissement, one of the city’s liveliest districts, you’ll be seduced by the Place des Terreaux, the Hôtel de Ville, the most historic building dating from the 17th century, the Opera House, the Musée des Beaux-Arts, between the Rhône and Saône rivers, the Palais Saint-Pierre, the Bartholdi fountain, and just a stone’s throw from the start of the slopes of the Croix-Rousse, with Rue Sainte-Catherine ... Grocery, bakery, restaurants, bars, street-food, boutiques ...
Transportation :
- Metro line A: Hôtel de ville stop.
- Bus lines: C3, C13, C14, C18, S1, S6, S12 , 19 .
- By car: Parking LPA Terreaux, or Parking Opéra. Parking LPA Hôtel de ville .
- Nearest train station: Perrache via line A ( 4 stops ) or Gare Part-dieu ( via C3 in 15 minutes )
- Nearest airport: Saint-Exupéry, via the Rhône express in 30 minutes from Gare de la part dieu.

- Bed linen and towels included. Carpets and tea towels are also provided and beds are made on arrival.

- This place can accommodate 2 people, perfect for a couple on a medium-term business trip.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation.
