Welcome to our newly updated loft located in the popular Northside District, just on the edge of downtown Akron. The entire space fills with natural light from the large windows in every room and with an oversized covered balcony it’s the perfect place to enjoy the nearby outdoor scenery while still being close to the city. Enjoy a cozy night by the electric fireplace!

With 2 beds/2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with streaming TV service (Hulu Live subscription included), you will have everything you need to enjoy your stay! A large, outdoor, covered balcony with seating has panoramic views of the valley and is a great spot to relax and watch the sunset. After a long day unwind with a hot bath in the large clawfoot soaking tub located in the spare bathroom. If you need to do some work, there are desks in both bedrooms. The electric fireplace is a nice place to cozy up to and enjoy a hot chocolate or tea while reading your favorite book!
There is also an in-suite washer and dryer.
Situated in a perfect location, just a short 5 minute drive from the heart of downtown Akron, you will have everything you need at your fingertips. The Northside District area has many shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance from our loft including the famous Luigi’s Pizza right across the street. The Northside Marketplace located on the ground floor of our building is a local hidden gem where you can grab food, coffee or a unique souvenir from this urban market which showcases over 30 local up and coming small businesses and artists. If you feel like exploring the outdoors, the Cuyahoga Valley National Park and several metro parks are just a few minutes drive away. You can also bike there via the nearby Towpath Trail or even take a scenic train ride through the parks via the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad with a train stop just down the street. The University of Akron campus is also only 5 minutes away!
