This cottage with sauna is located on a small, closed road quite undisturbed by Kollerup Strand. Practical entrance with utility room with washing machine and dryer. From here there is access to two beautiful rooms with double beds and with pitched ceilings and access to a sauna. Bedroom with single bed and bright bathroom with shower. Beautiful, bright kitchen/family room with access to terrace. The family room contains a cozy living room with pitched ceilings, cozy wood-burning stove and a nice alcove with a sleeping area. There is also an open kitchen and dining area with lovely skylight. The gable of the family room is one large window and this gives the whole room fantastic light and a lovely view over the plot. There is also a lovely wooden terrace to the south and west. The large natural plot is bordered by trees and borders a small forest. Not rented to youth groups.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
