Proximity: We care for the home next door as well, in case you’re traveling with a larger group. Take advantage of the ideal location while maintaining extra privacy and the added benefit of an additional kitchen and dining area. Look for Bear Tracks Lodge in the Property Manager portfolio. This home is located on Tordal Way in Blue River, approximately 7.5 miles (15 minutes) from the heart of downtown Breckenridge. Popular trails within a short drive include Upper and Lower Blue Lakes, Spruce Creek, McCullough Gulch, the Blue River Trail, and the renowned Quandary Peak 14er.
Kitchen & Dining: Enter the main level and you’ll find the fully equipped modern kitchen, featuring full-size appliances, ample prep space, and everything you need to prepare home-style meals. The adjacent dining area seats 4 at the dining table, with 3 additional seats at the bar.

• Primary Bedroom (Upstairs): King bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bath with soaking tub, spacious shower, double vanity, fireplace, sitting area, and desk.
• Second Bedroom (Upstairs): Twin-over-Full bunk bed with twin trundle. This room shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom.
• Third Bedroom (Downstairs): King bed, shared bath, patio access. This room shares a full bathroom with the second bedroom.
Outdoor Living: Step onto the partial wrap-around deck to enjoy mountain and forest views. A propane BBQ grill and outdoor seating make it an ideal spot for outdoor dining or morning coffee in the crisp alpine air.
Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are located in the basement, hidden behind the french doors.

Property Manager provides essentials for a weekend stay, including paper towels, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, hotel-style toiletries, and extra rolls of toilet paper. Fresh pressed linens and towels are provided, including extra towels for the hot tub.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
