Kitchen & Dining: Enter the main level and you’ll find the fully equipped modern kitchen, featuring full-size appliances, ample prep space, and everything you need to prepare home-style meals. A propane BBQ grill and outdoor seating make it an ideal spot for outdoor dining or morning coffee in the crisp alpine air. Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are located in the basement, hidden behind the french doors. Property Manager provides essentials for a weekend stay, including paper towels, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, hotel-style toiletries, and extra rolls of toilet paper. Fresh pressed linens and towels are provided, including extra towels for the hot tub. 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist.
