This custom-built 4-bed, 4.5-bath mountain retreat offers the perfect blend of serenity and adventure, tucked away in the tranquil Blue River Valley just 10 minutes from downtown Breckenridge. With 3,800 sq ft of living space, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and is designed for families and friends to gather. Expansive windows frame sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and National Forest, while multiple decks, a private hot tub, and a fireplace provide endless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Whether relaxing by the cozy stone fireplace or exploring nearby trails, Red Mountain Lodge is a true alpine getaway.
Proximity: Located in Blue River, this home offers both convenience and adventure with quick access to Breckenridge and some of Summit County’s most popular hikes. The property is just 4.5 miles from downtown Breckenridge, 4.4 miles from Blue Lakes Trail, 5 miles from McCullough Gulch, and only 3.6 miles from the trailhead for the famous 14er, Quandary Peak.
Living Room: The spacious living room invites you to relax by the stone fireplace and take in stunning views through the large windows. It’s a great place to unwind after a day of adventure or to catch glimpses of local wildlife from the comfort of the couch.
Kitchen: The open-concept kitchen is a chef’s dream, outfitted with stainless steel appliances including a gas range, dishwasher, and French-door fridge. Whether you’re cooking a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet dinner, this space is both functional and stylish.

Dining Room: Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room features a custom wood table that comfortably seats 8, making it the perfect spot for family meals and dinner parties.
Sleeping Arrangements: 4 Bed, 4.5 Bath –
• Primary Bedroom (Main Floor): King bed, vaulted ceilings, deck access, full-size closet, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bath with dual vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.
• Second Bedroom (Upstairs): King bed, private balcony with mountain views, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath with shower/tub combo.
• Third Bedroom (Top Floor): Twin-over-queen bunk bed, full-size closet, and shared bath with shower/tub combo (shared with fourth bedroom).
• Fourth Bedroom (Top Floor): Twin-over-queen bunk bed, full-size closet, and shared bath with shower/tub combo (shared with third bedroom).
• Additional Sleeping Area: Twin-over-queen bunk bed with access to a full bath.
Family Room: A cozy retreat with movie-theater-style recliners, a large flatscreen TV, and plenty of space for games or relaxing. Perfect for family movie nights.
Decks & Outdoor Space: Two expansive decks provide mountain and forest views, patio seating, and a propane grill. The lower-level patio includes a 6-person hot tub and a fire pit, ideal for stargazing or unwinding after a day outdoors.
Laundry & Garage: A washer and dryer are located on the main level near the half bath and heated two-car garage, which offers storage for vehicles and gear.
Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
This home is not pet-friendly. Please note that there is a security camera at the front door facing the driveway only.
