Admire the yachts cruising by, and spot the occasional plane take off or arrive at the airport. This three-storey villa offers generous living and dining spaces made for lively events. The pool-facing open kitchen has a huge bar and dining area that can seat up to 24 partygoers. Its fully-equipped main kitchen can be staffed by an optional private chef, and has everything from a pizza oven to a wine chiller. Villa Veha’s other fabulous facilities include a private cinema, gym and a games room with foosball, a pool table and a table tennis area. It also features a steam room, sauna and a massage room. FLOORS - Villa Veha occupies three floors: - Ground Floor: Main entrance, main dining area, an air-conditioned living room, fully equipped kitchen, wine cellar, gym facilities next to the steam room and sauna, and an infinity pool. - Second Floor: Entertainment room and eight bedrooms. - Basement: Garden and game room CAPACITY & EXTRA BEDDING - The entire villa can accommodate 16 adults. - Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged. LIVING AREAS - The main communal space is an air-conditioned living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There’s also an outdoor living area near the pool. ENTERTAINMENT High-speed WiFi is available throughout the villa, along with a dedicated cinema room equipped with an 86-inch wide screen, sound system, Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming in the common area, and JBL Bluetooth speakers. There is also a game room with a pool table, table tennis, and a foosball table on the basement, along with a selection of board games, including chess, checkers, Jenga, and cornhole (bean bags) KITCHEN & DINING - The kitchen is equipped with Oven, refrigerators, coffee machines, mini bar, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, microwave oven, pizza oven, freezer, stove, wine fridge, water dispenser and essential cooking tools, cutlery, and glasses. - The main indoor dining area features a rectangular dining table that can seat 14 guests, 12 seats at the kitchen counter, and an additional 7 seats at the minibar. - The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a prearrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% handling fee. A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. POOL AREA - Pool measures 15m x 4m, and Jacuzzi measures 1.5m x 1m x 1m, both chlorinated - Only Jacuzzi has a shallow end for kids - The pool is set to a normal temperature - There are twenty four lounge chairs, four pool umbrellas, and six sunbeds - Pool towels are provided.
