Villa Le Bessillon is a cosily furnished house on its own private property. The house is spacious and has an open kitchen on the ground floor with an adjacent dining / living room. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Villa bessillon has a beautiful garden and a fenced heated swimming pool that is located on the south, so you have sun every moment of the day. There is also a large covered terrace for the necessary shade. The pool has an organic shape. There is an outdoor shower. There are plenty of sun loungers available. The swimming pool has recently been fenced, so it is safe for small children. The large garden has a lot of privacy. The house is quietly located about 3.5 km from the Provencal village of Lorgues. The beautiful view of the mountain Le Bessillon, which is located near Cotignac, makes the villa even more attractive. There is a covered terrace with a large dining table and a coal barbecue. In the garden there is a jeu de boules court and a playground for children. There is sufficient parking space in front of the house for about 3 to 4 cars. There are two full golf sets in the house, which may be used by tenants with a GVB. There are several golf courses in the region (see activities on our website). The bright living room has a dining table, sitting area with TV, a fireplace and WiFi internet. From both the living room, dining room and kitchen are patio doors to the partially covered terrace. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, which both heats and cools. Switching on the pool heating is always done on request and is only possible
