Sunny apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, in the heart of Malaga. Nice and very bright, with an unbeatable location to enjoy the historic center, in one of the most charming squares in the city, but within a quiet urbanization, where the noise of the city does not reach. Less than 6 minutes walk from the Picasso Museum, 7 minutes walk from the Cathedral and 6 minutes walk from the emblematic Larios street. It has two beautiful balconies where the afternoon sun shines. It is a spacious house, in which all the details have been taken care of. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed (one of them large: 180x200 cm.) while the third room has a comfortable double sofa-bed, as well as a desk and an outdoor balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher and a washing machine. It has free WIFI (high-speed fiber optic, 1000 megabytes, 1GB), smart TV and hot/cold air conditioning.

Spacious apartment with three bedrooms, one of them with a big size bed (180x200 cm.), another with a 160x200 cm. double bed) and a third with an exterior balcony. The spacious and bright living-dining room also opens onto a balcony. It has a smart TV, free Wi-Fi (1GB) and hot/cold air conditioning. The kitchen is large and very well equipped, with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, capsule coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to cook. It is located on the second floor with an elevator.

It is a spacious and very bright accommodation, located in a well-known square in the historic center. It has two beautiful balconies from which to look out over the quiet residential housing area where it is located. Everything important is close. Plaza de Uncibay is less than a two-minute walk away, the Picasso Museum and Plaza de la Merced are less than 6 minutes away on foot, and all the museums, monuments and main streets of the city can be visited on foot. It is an ideal location to enjoy the museums, walks, gardens and monuments of the center. Around are also the most popular shopping streets, restaurants, taverns and cafes where life takes place and the most genuine and cosmopolitan atmosphere in the center.

It is exceptionally located, in the center of Malaga. It is one step away from all the monuments and museums. It is also close to supermarkets, fashion stores, and the most popular restaurants. It is easy to reach from the airport and from the central bus and train stations. Just a 13-minute walk away is the Muelle Heredia bus station and the stops of the main urban bus lines. The Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is also about a 15-minute walk away, so you can quickly reach the airport and the Málaga-María Zambrano Station.

PETS: Pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and for any damage it may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. €20 will be charged for the entire reservation, as we must carry out a special cleaning so as not to harm allergic guests. We can provide a bed and a feeder-drinker, upon request.
