Exceptional apartment, nice and quiet, with an unbeatable location to enjoy the historic center, in the heart of Malaga, less than 3 minutes walk from Calle Larios, and next to the historic Mercado Central de Atarazanas.
It is situated between the lively Plaza de Camas and the Alameda Principal. Ideal for couples and families, it has a bedroom with a double bed, and another room with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and living room that opens its windows to the beautiful street where the apartment is located, where you can see some of the most emblematic buildings in the city. It has hot / cold air conditioning, free WIFI, washing machine, smart TV and fully equipped kitchen.
–Characteristics:
It has two bedrooms, the main one with a double beds; and the secondary with two single bed. The living room has Smart TV, dining table and a comfortable sofa. It is a large and very bright space, with a window to the beautiful street where it is located. The kitchen is very well equipped, has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to cook. The building has an elevator.
–Mercado de Atarazanas:
It is a comfortable and quiet accommodation in the historic center of the city, a minute 1 minute walk from both the Plaza de Camas and the Central Market of Atarazanas; 3 minutes walk from Marqués de Larios street, and the Alameda Principal. It is only 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral. An ideal location to enjoy the central atmosphere, shopping areas, restaurants and the life of the most important streets of Malaga.
From the windows you can enjoy some of the beautiful processions of the Semana Santa in Malaga.

The apartment is fully equipped, has WIFI internet connection and all the comforts for the use of our guests: air conditioning, heating, Smart TV, kettle, hair dryer, iron, baby cot, etc.

–How to move:
It is exceptionally located, in the center of Malaga. It is one step away from all the monuments and museums. It also has nearby supermarkets and fashion stores, and the most popular restaurants. It is easy to get from the airport and from the central bus and train stations. Just 9 minutes walk is the Muelle Heredia bus station and very close to the stops of the main urban bus lines. Also the Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is about a 9 minute walk, so you can quickly reach the airport and other cities of the Costa del Sol Occidental.

The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. € 20 will be charged upon arrival for cleaning for each pet.
