Exceptional apartment, next to the Cathedral. Beautiful and very bright, with an unbeatable location to enjoy the historic center, in the heart of Malaga. It is located on Molina Lario Street, one of the most well-known and emblematic in the center, right next to the Cathedral, just 200 meters from the Picasso Museum, and only a 5-minute walk from the Puerto promenade. It has two bedrooms, with beautiful views of the Cathedral, the Archbishop’s Palace, and the most emblematic buildings on Molina Lario Street. It has a bathroom with shower and bidet, a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.), and a living-dining room. Free WIFI, high-speed internet (1,000 megabits optical fiber, 1 GB). It also has air conditioning hot/cold in the main bedroom and in the living room (the small bedroom has a ceiling fan).

It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (trundle bed), both with a beautiful window with unique views of the Molina Lario Street surroundings, one of the most beautiful and well-known in the city. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and everything you need for cooking. The building has an elevator, although it is necessary to climb several steps at the entrance to reach it. Free WIFI, high-speed internet (1,000 megabits optical fiber, 1 GB).
–Next to the Cathedral:
This is a comfortable and bright accommodation, located on Molina Lario Street, at the corner with the Cathedral tower. It has several windows from which to look out onto the street and enjoy views of the Cathedral and its surroundings, in the most central and beautiful area of the old town. Everything important is nearby. The Cathedral is right next door, visible even from the living room window; the Picasso Museum, the Alcazaba, the Málaga Museum, and the Plaza de la Merced are all within a 5-minute walk; the lively port promenade is also just a 5-minute walk away. An ideal location for museums, walks, gardens, and monuments in the center. Around are also the most popular shopping streets, restaurants, taverns, and cafes where the most genuine and cosmopolitan life and atmosphere unfold in the center.

–Getting Around:
It is exceptionally located in the center of Málaga. It is steps away from all monuments and museums. It also has supermarkets, fashion shops, and the most popular restaurants nearby. It is easy to reach from the airport and from the central bus and train stations. The Muelle Heredia bus station is just a 7-minute walk away, and the stops for the main urban bus lines. The Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is also about a 14-minute walk away, providing quick access to the airport and Málaga-María Zambrano Station.

IMPORTANT: Before reaching the elevator, you need to climb a flight of stairs.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, but we strive to accommodate our guests at the time they need, upon request.
AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING: The main bedroom and living room have cold/hot air conditioning, but the small bedroom has a ceiling fan and a portable heater for heating.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building.IMPORTANT:As the apartment is located in a very central area, some outside noise may be heard.
PETS: Pets are welcome; owners are responsible for the well-being of the animal and any damage they may cause. House and community rules must be observed. A fee of €20 per pet for the entire reservation will be charged, as we need to perform special cleaning to avoid harming guests allergic to dog or cat hair. We can provide a bed and food/water bowl upon request.
