It is located between the Plaza de la Merced and the Plaza de Uncibay (one minute walk from both) and only 3 minutes walk from the Picasso Museum. It has two large bedrooms, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room. The master bedroom has a beautiful balcony that overlooks a quiet pedestrian street. The living room has a Smart TV, dining table and a comfortable sofa. It is a spacious and very bright space, with a beautiful window to the street. The kitchen is very well equipped, has a washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to cook. The pedestrian street is one of the most beautiful in the city, with outstanding buildings. It is a comfortable and quiet accommodation in the historic center of the city, a minute 1 minute walk from both Merced Square and Uncibay Square; 3 minutes walk from the Picasso Museum, 2 from the Cervantes Theater, and only 5 minutes walk from the two main monuments of the city: La Alcazaba and the Cathedral. An ideal location to enjoy the downtown atmosphere, shopping streets, restaurants and the life of the most important streets of Malaga. –Services: The apartment has all the comforts for the use of our guests: air conditioning, heating, smart TV, kettle, hair dryer, iron, baby cot, etc. Free WIFI, high-speed internet (optical fiber of 1,000 megabytes, 1 GB). It is one step away from all the monuments and museums. It also has nearby supermarkets and fashion stores, and the most popular restaurants. It is easy to get from the airport and from the central bus and train stations. Just 12 minutes walk is the Muelle Heredia bus station and the stops of the main urban bus lines. Also the Malaga Centro-Alameda train station is about 17 minutes walk, so you can quickly reach the airport. –To consider:This is a tourist accommodation that meets the Property Manager EcoFriendly certification requirements, and has been recognized with the WeRespect certification. It has also been awarded the distinctive ’Tourism Quality Commitment’ NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building. But smoking is allowed on the outside balcony. CHECK IN: The arrival at the accommodation is from 15:00, but we strive to receive our guests at the time they need, upon request. PETS: Pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and for any damage they may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. €20 will be charged for each pet for the entire reservation, as we must carry out a special cleaning to avoid harming guests allergic to dog or cat hair.
