Beautiful and very bright, with an unbeatable location to enjoy the historic center, in the heart of Malaga. Its extraordinary location stands out, in an iconic building with special protection due to its historical and architectural value, and its beautiful balconies with views of the square, the Alcazaba, and the tower of the Cathedral of Malaga. Just 80 meters from Calle Larios and the Carmen Thyssen Museum, and a 5-minute walk from the Picasso Museum Malaga, the Cathedral, the Alcazaba, and other prominent monuments of the city. It has five beautiful balconies overlooking the Plaza de la Constitución, even in the well-equipped kitchen. Free WIFI. It also has hot/cold air conditioning.

The living-dining room has a smart TV and a sofa bed. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a microwave, capsule coffee maker, kettle, and everything needed for cooking, and it also has a nice balcony with views. It is located on the third floor with an elevator (there are two steps before reaching the elevator).
–Plaza de la Constitución and Calle Larios:This is a spacious and very bright accommodation, located in the most famous and emblematic square in the center of Malaga, an extraordinary location to enjoy the center on foot. It has five beautiful balconies from which to gaze at the square and enjoy magnificent views, including the tower of the Cathedral and the Alcazaba. Everything important is nearby, such as the Picasso Museum, the Alcazaba, the Museum of Malaga, the Atarazanas market, or the Alameda Principal. An ideal location for museums, walks, gardens, and monuments in the center. Around are also the most popular shopping streets, restaurants, taverns, and cafes where the most genuine and cosmopolitan life and atmosphere of the center unfold.
–Services:The apartment has all the amenities for our guests’ use: air conditioning, heating, smart TV, kettle, hairdryer, iron, baby cot, etc. Free WIFI, high-speed internet. Guests have exclusive access to free medical assistance (non-hospital) during their stay through Quirón Salud, the leading hospital group in Spain.
–Getting Around:It is exceptionally located in the center of Malaga. It is a step away from all the monuments and museums. It also has supermarkets, fashion shops, and the most popular restaurants nearby. It is easy to reach from the airport and the central bus and train stations. Just a 7-minute walk away is the Muelle Heredia bus station and the stops of the main urban bus lines. Also, the Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is about a 14-minute walk away, so you can quickly reach the airport and the Málaga-María Zambrano Station.

IMPORTANT: As it is a very central apartment, in the main square of the city, there may be noise from the transit of people or events and festivities taking place in the square.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building. But it is allowed on the external balconies.
PETS: Pets are welcome; owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and any damages they may cause. The house and community rules must be observed. A fee of €20 will be charged for the entire reservation, as we need to perform special cleaning to avoid harm to allergic guests. We can provide a bed and a feeder-drinker upon request.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is from 15:00 onwards, but we strive to welcome our guests at the time they need, upon request.
