Come get some rest and relaxation at the brand new, modern, professionally managed Dune Escape! This new construction vacation home is located in the beautiful Sheridan Beach community just an eight-minute walk to the beach and an under five-minute walk to favorite local restaurants Dune Billie’s Cafe and Cool Runnings! Also nearby are the zoo, national park, boating, casinos, wineries, breweries, and outlet shopping.
Our home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath duplex townhome that will very comfortably sleep 10 people.

Townhome also features a spacious fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, grill and supplies, crock pot, and plenty of cooking and serving supplies. Large sectional comfortable couch with a 65-inch Roku TV for your watching pleasure. Two of the bedrooms also include 50-inch Roku TV’s. Family games and beach wagon included for your use as well.
Outdoor rear patio features a grill, patio seating with Breeo firepit and a year-round, brand new hot tub. Two parking spaces are included at rear of home and overflow parking is available if needed. Dune Escape rents with a 3-night minimum in peak season.
