We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed. Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest. Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking. Guest Verification: You may be required to provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in for verification purposes. Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily. Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks.
