Located on the second floor of our 8-unit "aparthotel," Unit E includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer amazing Florida sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like refinished wood flooring, stylish design flourishes, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you’ll find plenty of seating including an extended couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the ocean-chic kitchen is fully stocked with a surfer bar that provides seating for four. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

PLEASE NOTE:

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
Regarding the 6 guest occupancy, we have a king and queen bed which can comfortably sleep 4 guests. We provide a trifold floor mattresses to sleep one more guest. We also have a couch that can sleep 1 additional guest.
