This charming duplex apartment is located in the heart of Morzine, just 300 meters from the Pléney slopes, offering easy access to skiing and outdoor activities.
As a Summer Multipass Member, you can enjoy additional activities in the area during the warmer months. Located in the vibrant village center, you’ll find shops, restaurants, and cafés within easy reach, making it a perfect base for both winter and summer adventures.
The apartment is situated on the second floor of the residence "Cypierre" and features a cozy living room with a kitchenette, leading to a balcony with scenic views.It also includes a shower room and a separate toilet. The first floor has a bedroom with two single beds, while the upstairs offers a larger bedroom with four single beds, perfect for families or groups. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, and sheets, towels, and duvet covers are provided for your comfort. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental. There is no parking at the property, but guests can use a shared ski locker for storing their gear (note: no bike storage available).Please note that tourist tax is an additional cost.
